Let's talk about food.

Okay.
Woke up at 8:00am and first thing I make is a shake I made up.
It's really quick, easy, simple, and fills you up very fast.

1 of those Dark Chocolate Almond bar + a little less than 1 cup of PureAlmond Dark Chocolate Milk.
Pour the milk into the blender, pinch up the Fiber Plus bar into the milk in the blender, blend until you feel it's ready, pour it into a drinking glass, add a straw if you wish, and BOOM.
And that is my breakfast.
And after breakfast, about an hour or two later, I have a snack. And I have these snacks in between each meal, and one after supper.
Today's morning snack, I had a bowl of Birds Eye Steamfresh Creamed Spinach. I love these Steamers/Steamfresh meals. You don't have time to cook? Think fastfood is your only option? pfffttt.
With these things, you just stick the whole bag in the microwave and in less than 10 minutes, you got yourself a hot, healthy meal. Mmm. :) Do your tummy some good.
So, I had creamed spinach and a bottle of water. But not any ordinary water, no sir. This water was amazing. Think Crystal Light is good? Try putting frozen fruit in your water. Mmm, mmm, mmm! Yesterday I had blueberry water. This morning I put strawberries in it, fabulous. Also, this afternoon, I put in blackberries and raspberries in one bottle. SO GOOD. You should try it.
For lunch, I had a handful of baby carrots, a handful of cherry tomatoes, two scrambled eggs, and a handful of edamame, with a cup of plain water.
For afternoon snack I had a bowl of Chunky potatoes and ham soup, with my blackberry/raspberry water.
For supper, I'm having homemade soup from mi madre, and a bottle of water.
And night time snack will probably be either a salad or maybe a fruit smoothie :3
And, you guys, I've lost ten pounds in ten days eating like this!
I don't need to call Jenny, and I don't need to click on WeightWatchers!
